Thread Starter |  Looking to rent a bigger studio in LA
I'm currently looking to rent a new (larger) space for my studio. - About 350 sq ft or larger, single room OK - Ready to move in, with sound insulation and decent room treatment - Clean and presentable inside and out* - Would prefer if it were part of a larger recording studio or multimedia complex, but would also consider a unit by itself (of course in that case it would need to have a small lobby or lounge, sink, bathroom.) - Burbank, North Hollywood, Studio City, Hollywood preferred, but will consider other areas, even Westside if the deal is right. Would ideally move in within the next couple, three weeks. Any ideas? Know or heard of anything? Please PM me and let me know. THANKS!!!!
