I will do a track with an artist, and i was wondering if you know any good agreement for this type of situation??

Im not selling the beat or anything, we just partner up to do a track together. I dont wanna give up the copyright. What is the standard deals here? 50/50 right?? and if you have a template for it i be greatfull.

I dont want to type up one myself, becauces english is not my first language.

I do have standard contract that you can use as a start up. between a record label and a artist or a producer and artist.

i can send them to you if you want.
