Please Help - Gear valuation

Hi everyone,

I run a studio in Berlin and my engineer / partner has decided to bail out on me and is trying to take me for a ride regarding his stake in the company.

I urgently need to estimate the value of the company gear, but can't find any official help.

I would be eternally grateful if anyone could glance over the list below and even give me just a rough idea of what it would all be worth if I tried to sell it, at European prices...

probably around 60-70% of the new price, except for the vintage stuff (like the neumann rack) wich will probably sell at a higher price.
