Help please!!! Indie label about to go public

Here are a couple of questions I have:

1. How will royalties be collected internationally? (is this what the harry fox agency does)

2. If all is registered (ascap latino, sound scan, harry fox), and songs begin to get played on the radio, who will be the one tracking the music in order to receive payment?

3. What is a good royalty percentage of an executive producer? (anymore information on on executive producer will be much appreciated)

if anyone has any information on this please let me know. A good break down of this and more would be great.

ps i have done research on all this, as well as attend a recording arts school where music business was taught to us. I just want to hear what other have to say..."researching"

I'm not a 100% sure, so take it as you want. Besides, I'm from Switzerland, and things might be different over here...
As far as I know the Harry Fox Agency is only responsible for mechanical license, not airplay and such. Airplay will be registered by BMI or ASCAP in the US. All or most countries have their own companies, Suisa in Switzerland, Gema in Germany for example. That doesn't have to bother you at all, they all work together, so if one of your songs gets airplay in Switzerland, Suisa will pay something to BMI/ASCAP and they "hand it over" to you. At least part of it, of course. It works like this over here, I automatically get money from foreign countries like once a year, so it should work for you as well.

No idea 'bout that producer question though...
