Mastering exchange anybody?

I make records with largely independent artists + small labels on a tight budget. Sometimes by the end of a mix - I've completely overspent - i.e. put in many hours for free! This means that there is no budget left for mastering, so I end up mastering it myself tutt. Obviously, I don't want to be mastering my own work, but if I don't, tracks will go unmastered, or the band get 'their mate' to do it (Arrrrggg!). Of course, I pay a good ME whenever I can, and always recommend this to the customer.

So, I'm just wondering whether there are any other engineer/producers in the same boat who might be willing to do some swaps? - i.e. I'll-master-yours-if-you-master-mine.

I enjoy mastering and mainly use the UAD Precision software - I've got most of that bundle - on Dynaudio BM15a (and auratone), in a well treated room that I know the sound of very well. I charge £25 around per hour for mastering services - a budget service that reflects the level of my gear, not the love I put into it! I guess it would be appropriate to swap with someone using a similar level of gear/charges a similar amount - someone with a few years experience?

I'm not wanting to take any work from dedicated ME's - of course I'm no competition for the real-deal! - just when mixes would otherwise be 'self mastered'. I'd be happy to provide examples of my work of course...
