| Lives for gear | liability document for a freelance engineer&client coming to my studio?
Is there a standard contract? I have an engineer coming from out of town, and he and the client will be at my studio for two weeks, I just need the client to sign some kind of liability form for all the gear they're using etc. Any suggestions? |

I've seen a good example of the form you need somewhere on the net... probably an hour's search on google will find it again, but here's a start: Docstoc.com – free legal forms and business templates
