liability document for a freelance engineer&client coming to my studio?

Is there a standard contract? I have an engineer coming from out of town, and he and the client will be at my studio for two weeks, I just need the client to sign some kind of liability form for all the gear they're using etc.

Any suggestions?

probably an hour's search on google will find it again, but here's a start:
