Vocal Booth/Front wall design.

Hi guys.


In terms of acoustics and sound, how different are these two designs from each other?

Is there ever a specific degree in which the front wall should be angled when it's divide in two 3 parts like shown in the diagram?

I wouldn't do either of those. A rectangle booth in the middle of the rear wall of the control room makes more sense because it helps break up reflections coming from the rear wall. That also leaves the front of the room more "normal" allowing corner bass traps.
