Any ideas on what this product is?

Have an opportunity to pick up some insulation product for a song, but I'm not familiar with this, or it's acoustic properties. The seller claimed they had an R rating of 32.

Any thoughts?

Any ideas on what this product is?-photo-9-.jpg

Agree, I saw the same product here at a recycling place. It is PU based and IMO of no use for acoustics panels.
