Placing monitors in the corner
Hi!

I have recently bought a pair of 8030A's. Since i have very limited space in my apartment I can only place my monitors in the corner of the room. (I know it is a bad placement but I have no choice)
Any idea of what this is going to do with my sound? I have switched the low frequencies to -4 dB.
The corner in the room is not fully a corner. Is this better or worse?

There is only one more optios and that is placing the monitors against the wall to the left in the picture. But still, the right monitor would be close to the corner. Not so symmetric.

If that is the best you can do then that is that. The nice part about facing a corner is the side walls are now sprayed which will help push the early reflections to the back of the room. You can test with the following program to see the response.
