RF shielding for college recording studio?

I've been helping with getting a recording studio going in a local small college, and its all going great, but they're having trouble picking up the college radio station in the various electronics in the studio - at least through the monitors, and also in their recording setup in one of their recital halls. Does anyone have some advice to give on how to alleviate that problem? Thanks to all -

This post is more appropriate in the Geekslutz forum.

Disconnect all equipment. Listen for interfernce. If not present, start attaching equipment one piece at a time and repeat. Listen for rf Check the shields on the cables.

Build the pin-1 tester from Jensen transformers and test each piece of equipment. Try to modify or repalce equipment with pin-1 problems.

Good luck. This post is more appropriate in the Geekslutz forum.

I may be an acoustics nerd, but I am a Geekslut too!

Thanks, Andre - perhaps someone will move it to wherever it belongs. Thanks for your reply - I will forward your reply to the college folks working on it. If you have any particular sources for learning more about "pin 1 problems", I'm sure they would appreciate that too - and/or we will dig further. Lots of learning curve to climb no doubt. Thanks again - DR

Jim Brown being both the AES committee chair of the EMI/RFI group and a HAM has many papers and PowerPoints on both the "pin 1 problem" and interference:
