converted my garage to 14'w by 20'l studio space with 8' ceilings.
took about a month working almost every day in brutal july heat.
floated all walls with isomax clips over hat channel. used osb, soundboard, 5/8 gypsum, and quietrock on some of the walls. acoustic sealant between layers.
once framing and walls were up, put in surface mounted electrical, some custom treatments and installed LED soffit lighting that is remote controlled.
final touch was ductless split mini ac unit.

ps- dont use cellulose insulation in pink insulation blower (see pics lol)
feel free to ask any questions about wall schedule or const tips. the all white studio isnt for everyone, but works for me! spent about 2 months researching and had a studio designer help with consulting.
