Hello!

Your picture is not showing up...hard to give advice without knowing what the space looks like.

What exactly do you want to start on? Do you require isolation? Do you want one room or two?

Your English isn't too bad.

I think two rooms with a fool divider starting at that right wall, through the column, and to the left wall would be ideal. The control room would be on the top, with a window near the workstation area.

You know the black line that says 2.10? Just continue that line to the other wall. Top room is control room, bottom is live room.

Splitting it into two rooms might be useful, but perhaps even one larger room could be helpful as well. You could create a reflection free mixing area, while leaving the back to be open and a bit more "lively" with natural reverbs. Though this all depends on whether you can stand listening to the musicians loudly while tracking :P

so a couple of thoughts - one - please reduce the photo size. it kills the experience of reading this thread. also, post photos of the space not your gear. secondly - make sure in the SU image you note EVERYTHING - utilities, ducts, windows, doors, stairs, lights, vents, drains, etc etc otherwise it's not possible to help you properly.
