Ear popping issue

Has anyone ever felt the need to pop the ears while working in a stuffy booth or studio? I'm wondering if it's the inadequate ventilation provided by the exhaust fan running at half voltage, the lack of an intake fan (I have passive ventilation), or both. Went to the ENT and he said I had Eustachian tube dysfunction.
