Wood vs. Concrete. Different approach when treating?

When treating (not soundproofing) a room, does it matter if it is "made of" wood or concrete?

Does concrete reflect more than wood?

yes wood absorbs marginally more than concrete but the figures are so low it's much of a muchness in a smaller space.

it also depends on which frequencies and wall/floor makeup as that can vary the wood results

Concrete and wood reflect the same for the same amount of mass.
