acoustic treatment - central air vent

I put up several fiberglass panels in my studio space to tame room reflections and got great results, but I've got one remaining problem: the central air vent. Air coming through it isn't generally noisy enough to be a problem (though I am curious as to how one might treat that if it was), but I get a lot of nasty reflections from it.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm not especially handy, so simple/cheap solutions would be best, but I'm willing to try anything!

Thanks.

Duct liner for a start... line the duct with Johns Manville Permacote Linacoustic R-300 or similar, like Knauf Duct Liner E•M.

That's the first step.

Cheers,
John

PS: Also there is Knauf Insulation Sonic XP Duct Liner with ECOSE Technology
