Effect of floor board gaps + subfloor space

Hi All - My 1st post here.
I'm finally beginning room treatment having bought a load of 2" and 1" polyester 45kg/cuM for absorber panels. Learning as I go with many hours reading SOS, EW, GK, and many others who share their knowledge and experience online.
I'm wondering whether/how to account for the subfloor dimension in the height
of this room because it's planked with 5 1/4in x 3/4in hardwood which has approx 3/8in gaps. The subfloor depth is between 8 and 11ins. The floor is old and has slight bounce and air can freely flow through the gaps. I am guessing that by varying the area of floor covered (mats) I might get some bass control.

Room dimensions L 12' 10" W 12' 1" H 9' (not allowing for subfloor or built-in shelves, cupboards and chimney)
Also walls are solid brick. I'm forced to setup my monitors facing across the room rather than down the length - not ideal but doors and windows don't allow a symmetrical setup.
Here's a waterfall graph with no treatment and a the room in question (my first go at drawing a room using Sketchup)

Forgot to say...

The speakers (nearfield) are 2' from the chimney with woofers centred 3' 2" high and 20"either side of the chimney centre line. Listening and testing mic position 4' high and 46" from chimney and 7' 1" from opp wall behind.
