| New neighbor above me in the building...
I have a studio in a warehouse. It about 2000 sq ft, comprised of over 1000 sq ft live room, 500 sq ft control room, 400 sq foot lounge, about 11 -13 foot ceilings. Wood, and very open, with pipes all over the place
Until recently, there was no one above me. I am posed with a problem of a potentially significant noise problem. It is more of a priority for the live room than the control room at this point.
I have a lot of space to work with ceiling wise, but would like to retain some height if possible for acoustics.
Any advice on the most efficient way to deal with this problem? I have considered maybe even only doing half the room, and trying to isolate the area I use the most?
Thoughts?
