We just moved into a new home and the room that I've decided is the studio has a configuration that just has me boggled. It's a smallish room and I'm trying to make the best of it. I need a live end/dead end room but alas - this is what I have. I'm trying to track in one part of the room and then do mixing of my own guitar recordings in the other end. I have the tracking part setup nicely but I'm just flummoxed with how to handle that right hand corner.
Yes, I realize my desk is closer to the wall than the usual but I plan on putting in the time to learn the sound there.
First reflection panels are 4" OC703. Back wall is the same. Superchunks and cloud are OC705.
The panel marked "Moveable" is a 2'x4'x6" OC705 on a stand. My plan is just move it in and out as needed.
Any advice? I have the usual acoustic design books so, if you can point me to a page/chapter, that would help too. I'm just somewhat at a loss here.
In case it matters, the right side trouble door leads to a closet - it can be open or shut.
