Insulation question for tracking room build

Hey All,

I am wondering what you guys think about what type insulation i should use for this room conversion to a tracking room.

The studs are 16" centers. I just pulled all the Drywall off this week. I plan to use resilient channel and drywall. I was thinking of using pink fluffy- but would purchase roxul if it is better for isolation. Thanks.

Here are some pics.

Use he chepest light insulation you can get. Pink fluffy is a generic term for regualr wall insualtion. Roxul is an insulation manufacturer that makes everything form "pink fluffy" to high density marine grade insulation, and just about everything in-between.

Nicely fluffed,
Andre

Thanks, Andre

I was thinking about the product they call "Safe n Sound ". But thanks for the info.
Standard insulation looks easier to install.
