I just got a new location for my studio

Everything is concrete so there's no need to make it more sound proof. But I need to make some sound absorptions that will make this room as good mixing room as possible.
The challenge is that the room is not that big, and the roof has beams which reduce the ceiling height on some parts of the room. See the picture below.
Here's the measurements:
Length: 5,27 m (17,29 feet)
Width: 4,26 m (13,97 feet)
Height: 2,44 m (8 feet)
Height to beams: 2,1 m (6,88 feet)
One of the sides (length) is drywall with straight window and one door.
Window: 2,35 x 0.,96 m (7,70 x 3,15 feet).
Door: 0,94 x 2,12 m (3,08 x 6,95 feet).
If anyone could help guiding me to how I can make this room work, then I would be grateful. Any other tips is also highly appreciated
