Advice needed for odd shape room

I've made some sketch up models but i don't have a measurement mic. I'm not sure what to do about the rfz zone. Are my speakers facing the right direction? I kinda want to be able to record drums well but also mix to. Also those diffusers on the back wall are supposed to be speaker height. I want to bass trap all along the back of the desk but i want to measure the room first. Until then what would you guys suggest I can change or improve.

is it possible to center your monitor triangle along the wall it's on?
ie, can you move the bed?

Possibly even just turn the bed the other way will get you closer to some sort of monitoring symmetry.

I'll move it round and see how it is should be fine though. That means that my cloud is not above the speakers though.

I agree, move the bed so you can center the desk for left/right symmetry. If it were my room I'd probably put the bed in the back right corner.

Once you have the desk centered left/right, then experiment forward/back until you get the best low end response.

Hate to say it but you will need to move your cloud then. A video on early reflection points.

Right so the beds rotated and the desk in pretty much in the centre. I'll see what I can do with the cloud it's really helping my oh sound quite a bit where it is maybe i'l make another... Where's the best spot to put absorbers on the left and right walls, I was gonna get there position adjusted with a mirror. How about the diffusers and the back wall. I can probably get a absorber on that door that goes to the ensuite. I don't know if anyone notice the hole near that door well thats actually a stair well but it's good for drum room sound. I might put a diffuser or absorber up in the stair well as theres a parallel wall between the drums and there's a little flutter echo going on. I can't really do much with the long bit with bookcases in.

You may want to contact the company you bought from. They should be able to give you help.
