Room Setup / Bass Trap Help

Hi,
I'm Charlie and have recently moved my gear into a much bigger room than my old bedroom, and the main difference I'm hearing it's hard to get a clear picture of the low end - which producing low end heavy dance music is pretty important.
I'm using Yamaha HS80's - hpoefully can clear up the sub end with treatment - or considering replacing with smaller (either 5/6" with sub) not sure yet though!
I'm currently fairly close to the wall at the moment but have read up on Ethan's 38% article and will be moving to that soon unless anyone can suggest otherwise given the room layout.

Also I've been looking into making two corner bass traps out of Rockwool - as I've found a supplier in the UK which to me seems pretty cheap.

I'm wondering whether I should go for the basic 4" thick panels - or whether it's worth making the stacked triangle super chunk traps? If so how deep would you recommend them and what density material?
Here are the two types on either I'm not sure which is worth getting (one being more denser / rigid.)

Rockwool RW3 1200x600x40mm - 120 per pack (86.4m2) | Condell Ltd

Rockwool RW5 1200x600x40mm - 6 per pack (4.32m2) | Condell Ltd

Rockwool RWA45 Sound Insulation 600x1200x30mm (12 per pack) (8.64m2) (45kg/m3) | Condell Ltd
(all vary in thickness)

Attached are dimensions and pictures of the room. I can't go overboard with panels as it's still a shared house - but feel a moderate amount could drastically improve what I'm hearing hopefully!

Any help is much appreciated, many thanks!
Charlie

edit: Ceiling height is 8ft.

The stacked triangle approach works well, but coverage area with bass traps is more important. If you have just enough rockwool to do the stacked triangle approach in 2 corners, you are probably better off to use that same amount of rockwool to make as many 4" thick panels as possible and put them in as many corners as you can, including wall/ceiling corners.

Thanks for the response!
What denistiy would be better - the RW 3 or RW 5? The semi regid vs rigid, I can't put too many traps up due to other people / space.
Cheers

Either should work fine.

Thanks alot guys, will go for building 2 supechunk traps and about 4 5" thick bass traps too, (the pack comes in 5" - ideally should be 4" but should be fine?)

Also moved my setup back to the 38% idea that Ethan posted on his site - and an instantly better sound - more low end coming through, still a bit muddy and messy but a big improvement for my trusty HS80s!
Also great article Glenn, cheers!
