| Small guitar booth
Hello! In my studio I have a control room, tracking room, and an external iso booth for guitar cabs.
All information states that small rooms are bad for booths, but I had no more room available than to build a 8'L x 5'W x 8'H booth. The obvious problem is that it is a comb-filtering nightmare. I have a large bass trap in there, so the low-end is not an issue. I've placed ceiling traps above where the cab sits, and a little treatment around it, but it's not enough.
My next move is to heavily treat all 4 walls. My fear is that the dimensions of the room will still be a problem.
Does anyone have some advice that might help? I can't make it larger, or build a new one, so I wonder if there's a different solution?
Thanks!
