Please, help me with monitor placement!!!

Please can somebody tell me how i should place my monitors:

- concrete wall behind monitors

or

- windows behind monitors

Considering there’s a door on the side, if positioned against the concrete wall, that probably will prevent you from adding treatment to deal with first order reflections from that side, I would try the window side.

Go with having the windowing behind the monitors. This way you have have better symmetry left and right. You can use the following as a guide for set up.

Test

I usually automatically recommended windows behind speakers until recently. Now, I recommend testing it with REW or FM. One speaker is usually enough to show a difference. I am working on a similar room at the moment. There is a considerable lack of bass at the window end.

I don't disagree but if you can have better symmetry (door not in one corner) I would pick that. He could always test it both ways to see which is better.

Well we both recommend testing, so that's the only sure thing.
Without knowing if there are any more concrete walls at play, we can't even make reasonable guesses here.
