Sound proofing - the reality..need good advice?

All please note, this is not about acoustic treatment for a better response. I have new neighbours and to say they are a little sensitive to noise is an understatment.

It looks like i need to help lower the bleed on one side of the room which houses the monitors.

What is the reality of soundproofing or lowering the belled from room. What impact/options do i have? In other words:

Is it feasible? If so will it effect my room (most probably)?

Thanks

Que?

Question is too vague.
Plan on moving house.
Move the monitors.
Find the leakage paths, block or sever them.
Speakers on MoPads or Recoil Stabilisers.
DIY Domestic Wall Soundproofing

Pictures, construction drawings, and more facts about the room will help members make suggestions.

All of the above is true and accurate. Just remember soundproofing is never easy and rarely cheap, and will always involve construction.
