Acoustic Partitions/Break Away Vocal Booth

I've done some work in a large commercial studio and they used cubicle partitions to tighten up a large live room. I've taken this idea and I'm trying to create a moveable, break away vocal booth. I already have the partitions and fabric to cover them (got a great deal on these) and now I need to treat them acoustically. I have to cover roughly 100sqft. Not sure what to use in this case. I've heard alot of good things about Owens Corning 703 and Rockwool. Budget is around $250, but less if possible. Any suggestions? Any links would be helpful.

703 or mineral wool would be the way to go. BTW I really do not like a hard surface on movable walls. Even with 4" of absorption you still will get some of the frequencies coming back at the mic at times. It all depends on thickness, size and so on but generally I would avoid it.

I don't like the hard surface either but this is just a temporary fix. I need something relatively portable and small enough that I can tuck it away in a corner if needed. I'm just using it until I can find a permanent commercial space to build things the way I would like.
