are these sort of racks strong enough?

I'm thinking of getting these type of desktop racks

but to me it doesnt look like it could handle my 3unit high akai sampler. are they stronger than they look?

Part of the construction is the 19" units themselves, if they are empty they feel flimsy but they become more stable as you add units. Just don't exceed the recommended weight/load.
