I NEED HELP and i hope this thread will help not only to me

First to tell that i am new here.. and i realy spend hours to search answers on my question and i didnt find everything so i decide to create thread and ask you guys everything that i want to know... So here we start... i have problem.. i want to build professional music studio, i have land that is 80 meter long and 20 meter wide.. its nothing there only land and i want to build music studio from the ground.. i saw a lot threads about floating floors and walls but also i saw that they make that only because they restated rooms, halls ...etc.. i want to build brand new building only for studio.. that is dimmensions of my land and i need to leave at least 2 meter for car way so i have 80 meters long and 18 meters wide land for building.. what should i do?
P.S. money is not a problem.. i mean yes it is but i dont want to make it cheap so i will earn money step buy step and i will make it professional..
P.P.S. yes almost forgot most important thing.. i want studio with recording and ''mastering'' room.. because i am producer (producer of electronic music) but also i record some punk rock, heavy metal... bands i make them mastering for recording.. (i already have some small music studio but its very cheap and its restated room....)

Not knowing..... you may want to employ the services of a studio designer.



As you move along with architects, land surveys, foundations,... everything about building a structure (non studio) from the ground up..... I guess there will be a point where the design turns more toward a studio design.

I would think to build the studio........but realize it's a piece of property, that in the future, if the property (and building) gets put up for sale, potential buyers may not care about any of the "studio build".

Can you post a drawing of the lot and photos of the area? Studio, CR, Mastering room... Tell us more please, like what size you would like the tracking room. Do you have links to studios that you like the look/size/acoustics??

If you post a drawing of how you might like it, we can critique.

The lot is in what area of town? Is it a quiet area? Not under an airline flight path... ? In other words, do you know how much acoustic Isolation you will need?

@ritelec the property is mine and its near city on a good location my parents have big store on front side of lot and they live in a apartment above i want (and they will help me) to build studio after their building and make studio and my apartment above.. so i think (i hope) that i will never need to sale that lot :D

@jhbrandt yes i forgot to tell some details about that.. i will post pictures of my lot and precise dimensions I have not thought much about design what i need is small toilet, very small kitchen (for coffee, fridge...) and i need recording room and mastering room.. (i will post pictures of lot and i will draw in paint where i plan to put building) i want to make good recording room but also mastering room is important.. (one more thing.. right now i didnt think about equipment... ) so for start i need your help for building.. so here is some details i have neighbors and I have to isolate sound because i will work at nights.. area is quiet.. and size... hmm... what are you think is 8 x 8 meter or 8 x 10 meter enough for all?
p.s. i will make some pictures of area and i will draw some skecths of what I imagined...
