Need Idea's - New house with a 9 'Basement

Hey Gearsluts!
need a little help with the design.... this is what my new home's basement will look like!
The builder has agreed to place most plumbing and units over to one side!!
It will be a full basement! meaning the crawl space will be part of the full basement.
34' foot long (along the top)
25' top to bottom
18'X11' (Crawl Space area)
12.5' wide by the stair area and 15.5' w/o stairs in the way.

planning on a control room and i would
need a small-mid drum room (live room, if you want to call it that!)
and a vocal room that can be useful as a guitar/iso room.
I understand this is a small space but any ideas would be great!

Best thing you can do for yourself is find someone who has built studios before {I say this because I have built about 30 of them} and most building contractors don't know so many things about what makes one work/or not... they may be a great contractor, and may be able to "get the work done" but you would do well to have a consultant that has done it before... good luck rock on

Very well put.

DR,

You can post your design ideas and we will comment. However, designing 'by forum' is not and has never been a good idea.

How much isolation do you require?
What is your budget?
You have described minutely some of your goals for this studio and what you want... please continue.

Cheers,
John
