How to fix a 80Hz drop ?

I'm doing the treatment of my CRoom and I found some issues in middle and bass freq.

I already have the acoustic solutions for the peaks and modes, but, I have an drop of almost 10dBspl around 80Hz.

I'm looking for a way to fix this without using an eq, but I can't find anything.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Room size and your current measurements would help get some responses. Also check here:

What's the ceiling height?

Your room is irregularly shaped so conventional mode calculators will not help in working out which surfaces are creating the mode.

You need to map out the sound level variation at 80Hz and different positions in the room. Do this for different heights also. Start with the measurement mic at exactly halfway between floor and ceiling, measure. Then go higher, measure, and lower, then measure. Then move to another spot and repeat the 3 heights.

It also might be caused by the loudspeaker position, have the mic at the listening position, then move the loudspeaker further away or closer to the front wall and see if the dip frequency changes from 80Hz.

I'm killing the corner's now, but I'm looking between using stonewool (lana de roca) or glasswool (lana de vidrio), or foam of the most density that I can find.

The reason: The cost.

With glasswool the cost (only in material for 3metters x 30cm +-11cm) it's about $1200. plus installation.
