Is this an OC 703 Equivalent?

Hi guys, I am looking at grabbing some materials and have come across this semi rigid fibreglass product

Intermediate Service Board (I.S.B) | Forman Building Systems

Would this be good to work with?

There is also rockwool on the site so I may just grab that as OC703 is difficult to source.

Thanks

Dayl

Just from a quick glance it looks like normal rigid fiberglass to me. Did not see density though.

45kg per square meter by the look, they have other semi rigid products. It;s just that OC 703 has been bounced around so much that I dont know the alternatives... yet Thanks
