Studio in log cabin

I have a log cabin in my garden that I use as a studio. It's square(ish) 20ftX18ft with an apex roof that doesn't reach the apex in the middle but around 6 ft from the shorter length. There are also beams hanging as roof support - which isn't that high, around 7ft.

To keep it simple my question is would it be better to divide the room with an insulated wall running down the middle so creating a more rectangular space for the control room and having a separate, smaller room for recording or leave as is? and if so should the speaker's be placed at the shorter apex roof slope or the longer

Lightbulb

You should leave it as one larger room.

Yes, I agree with Ethan.

do you have any noise issues? Close neighbors or roads? That may or may not be a concern. - You will most likely need to improve the STL of the windows and doors.

Cheers,
John

thanks guys I thought you might say that...maybe I should fund a new entry door instead, you guessed right, I get some fine birdsong on my vocal recordings - quite atmospheric though! I'm far enough away from roads or neighbours for that not to be a problem.
