New Studio Space- Help Build it!

Whats up guys,

I recently found a small studio space with a built in booth and wanted some advice on how I can get the best sound acoustically. I do not have the exact measurements yet, but will be heading there this week to get them. It basically has a small booth already built with carpeting on all the floors, wall, and ceiling with standard black foam on it and also has a small window built in. I will be setting up my desk and monitors outside of the small window and need some advice on placing bass traps and other forms of noise absorption correctly.

Like i said its a small space my guess is 8 ft by 15 ft total and the booth area maybe 3ft by 5ft, ill get the exact number this week with better pictures.

Any advice that you guys may have would be very helpful as I will be painting and want to add some sound proofing soon.
