Thread Starter | Computer screens between Monitors position
I was thinking....which will be the best position for the monitors considering to have the computer screens between them... I mean shall the monitor baffles be in line with the screens or could it be a little backward? I'm thinking this because I guess if I move the monitor a little backward I should still ear the sound coming from each monitor going to the respective ear but the screen should block a little the sound going to the opposite side wall. I do have early reflections treated, and bass traps... I have to do few tests and measures mooving the monitors a little backward and chech myself but I would like to know what you think. P |

flush with the baffles, or a bit behind the speakers, LCD placement of these two options will be barely different... if at all. any frequency radiating in such a direction will be of quite low frequency. Your LCD monitor is invisible to these frequencies.

+1! If your LCDs are anywhere in front of the speakers, they will cause HF diffraction and 'blur' the sonic 'imaging'. Cheers, John |
