Near unlimited supply of Rockwool+lack of knowledge about acoustics=Could you help?

Hi all, I got an expensive SPL meter to borrow from my school and they had heaps of rockwool for ceilings they didn't use anymore.. I could take them away for free!
I could cover pretty much my whole room with it, I'm covering them with felt so they look better and don't give off dust.

So I did a test of my room in the current situation and would to have advice on how big, how thick and where I'd best place my pieces of rockwool. I made some pictures of my room to explain my situation. will make a video too!

and here are some pictures first

The stuff:

piece 1 glass is bad for the acoustics right? I placed a piece of rockwool to block most of it.

Did some filling of my doorstep, should I put a big piece on my door itself too?

Should I throw the dark ones away?

My testing setup:

I used the Standard ST 8850 SPL meter in C weighting mode on soft mode (35-100dB), with fast response.
Note: I used my mixer with 24/96 USB soundcard which has flat response from 20-20.000 hz, didn't know how to do an input/output loop with that.. I hope this doesn't influence my test result! (I think my calibration file is pretty much my room response)
I made a small trap/diffusor of the small pieces I got, is it any good or can I improve it?

What do you think of these results? How can I improve them during nifty placement of the Rockwool? Should I put on the ceiling?

So it appears my bass region is pretty flat except for a small peak around 67 hz and a dip at 80 hz, and it is lower comparing to the highs. what can I do about this?
