any recommendations for mini split air conditioners

I am going to be buying a mini split for a 300 sq ft room and am looking for something quiet and effective. heat and cooling. I believe that they are electric only...right? and 110v would be a plus.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. I hear good things about LG. Seems like they are in the 25-35 db noise range.
