HELP - SSL 4056 Control Room Construction

Hi all,

I'm finally getting my own studio happening after working out of many for a few years.

The gear is all finalised.

Console - SSL 4056 E/G With left hand patchbay + 4 x 18U Racks + Machine Room.

I also need 2 ISO booths.

Drum Room & Live Room.

Can I have a complete run down of things I should be aware of and all the inside info.

This is a huge question and what you're asking is for someone to basically write an entire book for you. The good news it there are many books and articles already written. So your choice is to either read a lot and learn, or hire someone to tell you what to do. A forum like this works best with specific short questions. So search Google for "studio design" and then ask some questions. There's also a ton of free advice on my company's web site:
