Is it ok due to acoustics to build a bracket and attach it to the wall? and therefrom put my monitors on em?

Thanks!

Sure, that's fine. With acoustics what matters is the big stuff, not small protrusions or baseboard radiators etc.

Now, this is not to say that on the wall is the best place for your loudspeakers! But if the room is small it works okay.
