| Best way to arrange room Hi, I have just moved to a new space and need some help figuring out the best way to layout my equipment. I have attached a diagram of the room. It has a 9' ceiling, plaster walls and a hardwood floor (home is 100+ years old. All electrical is new and I have a large walk-in closet for computer and r2r. My desk is 6'3" Console is Tascam DM-3200 Monitors are Tannoy Reveal 66D I also have a big cinema display Right now, my desk is in the upper left hand corner. I have a low rack (with two rows) beneath the window in the upper right I have a 20 space rack on the left wall near the window. I have some guitars hanging on the back wall with a couple amps below them. I have 2 auralex mounted on pannels 3'w x 4' high on the wall in front of the desk behind the speakers Any help would be appreciated. As it's setup now (old monitors) http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...ars/studio.jpg Diagram: http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/i...itars/room.gif |
