Office building help

Im going to set a mixing room up in this room... Has ceiling tiles and hollow drywall. How should I treat the ceiling and what should I stuff the drywall with?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Okay, well I got an answer for the ceiling tiles... But about the hollow walls. Can anyone help me out? Please?

Would MDF be the right thing?

Lightbulb

Lay fluffy fiberglass one foot thick on top of the tiles, and use blow-in insulation inside the walls.
