| what adjusments do I need ? hello I have typical square living room that I use as "studio" (5,5m x 3,5m x 2.75m) here is how white noise looks via - LTD1 (green) and Germanium (pink - higher level) preamps and K+H 0300D + Behringer ECM8000 http://plugaudio.eu/aku/myPC.jpg ![]() I have no traps in my room. what would you suggest for me ? |

| Broadband bass control in the corners, reflection panels on the side walls and ceiling, thicker panels centered on the rear wall. Potentially some panels directly behind the monitors if SBIR is still causing issues. Try setting the output scale with no smoothing and only running the plot from 20-300Hz. That'll give an output that's much clearer in the bottom end where most of the issues are going to be. Bryan

| That's pretty typical of an untreated space. You're approx +/- 10 from a midpoint baseline assumption. Set your seat at 38% to start with and then play with speaker location to smooth things the best you can. That's your starting point. From there you can tweak seating position to determine what if any is purely width or length related and deal with that appropriately. Then you do the things that are always required, the corner absorbtion and the reflection points. Bryan
