New "mixing room" project

I´m about to sell the house where my studio is located.
I´m thinking about going remote to track everything (or just rent another studio) and mix at home.
We have a "spare" bedroom in our apartment, and I´m planing to transfor it in my mixing room.
Check the drawings I did using (Google Sketchup, thanks to Gearslutz members) and please, tell me if it worth the hassle.
Thanks a lot!

That's probably too small to make a good mix room.

If you want to pretty much kill it, you can make it work as long as you're not doing any tracking in there. It is pretty small so just be realistic.

Then load it up fully with as much thick absorption as you can.

Yup. That's going to take a good amount of broadband control but it can be done.
