Help Bedroom Control Room 18'x12'x8'

I have an extra bedroom in a condo that I need to soundproof. The room measures 18'x12'x8'. Is it possible to build a room within a room in that space (to soundproof)? I would also like to build a seperate vocal booth for vocals and amps. The ground is cement and is the bottom floor, so I believe I do not have to install a floating floor.

- Is this possible to build a room within a room and soundproof? 18'x12'x8'

- Once I have built a room within a room can I still have enough room for two sections one being the control room and second being a booth for vocals and amps?

-Can anyone please help me with ideas on designs?

do you know if the cement floor is attached to your neighbors condo? for instance if you tap hammer on it does the sound conduct into their space? if it does you might need to "float" the floor or at least an isolation booth for loud instruments/amps. also, are you sharing walls with your neighbors? besides the tap tests, do some sound level measurements with some low bass (drums and bass, sine waves etc) will enable you to determine how much isolation you need to build.
