Help needed - designing a small studio

How would you make the most of the space we are building in?
Maybe a control room, live room and a booth would fit in there?

That would be a great room for a studio!

ceiling height around the edges will be your biggest challenge.

I'd put a vocal booth near the door, where the short walls are, a live room in the middle, and the control room at the far end. I'd calculate the length of the control room so that the room has a favorable shape/dimension ratio, build the booth as big as you need, and then use the space in the middle for a live room, double-checking the ratios of the space that's left to make sure they aren't horrible.

Good luck!
