Pictures and diagram of my workspace - acoustic help needed!

So here is a diagram showing the measurements and features of the room I am recording in and several photos of the same room. I am looking for some acoustic advice. What would you do to this room? The only thing that may be difficult would be clouds. I have 8 4" deep 4'x2' rockwool panels ready to be framed and covered and put on stands 4" from the wall. I think I will build 6 of these - 2 for each wall except computer wall which is run the length of by a built-in desktop and shelves. I already have a few auralex panels set up to block some flutter echo to the left and right of the mix position and some LENRD bass traps in the back corner. I apologize for the mess.

Here is the room diagram:

Here is looking at the wall opposite the door:

Any and all help is appreciated!!!

Are those black boxes at the top of the drawing loudspeakers? If so, I'd swap the setup so the speakers are at the bottom pointing up. This way your mix position is in a part of the room where the left and right sides are perfectly symmetrical. Then the drums will be at the top.

Other than that, all the standard stuff applies:

* Broadband (not tuned) bass traps straddling as many corners as you can manage, including the wall-ceiling corners.

* Mid/high frequency absorption at the first reflection points on the side walls and ceiling.

* Some additional amount of mid/high absorption and/or diffusion on any large areas of bare parallel surfaces, such as opposing walls or the ceiling if the floor is reflective.
