studio build

I want to build a studio beside my house. The space is 24 feet wide x 32 feet long. I think a decent height would be acceptable to my neighbours.

Naturally i would like the studio to be flexible. As a Classical pianist i would like to be able to record a Steinway 6ft piano in a quality sounding live room. However, i'd also like to be able to record small a cappella groups as well as rhythm sections etc.

How would you go about this?

I am in Ireland. If anyone wants to recommend a professional to take on the construction of such a project please do

Budget 120,000 euro
