Yamaha DM 1000 - Mic Pre Quality?

I am considering the DM1000 for my studio and I am curious about the quality of the mic pres. I have heard they are pretty good. Any opinions?

Why don't you type "DM1000" into the search engine and see what it comes up with.

Its been discussed a lot..... too much, really.
