Thread Starter | Contractor / consultant and or architect for small studio in Toronto, ON. Hi - I'm building a studio in an existing post facility in Toronto. They've been sending audio out and the plan is to start doing some of it in house. I've read the forums, a few books, and checked out John Sayers excellent site @ www.johnlsayers.com. I know what I want to build, but I need some help dealing with things like: - the sprinklers in the existing room - the HVAC system - getting permits etc. None of the books or forums really cover this (or I'm too dumb to figure it out). What I need is someone that I can pay to help me get started on these issues. I'll be building the room with the help of the other partners in the post house, but the above three issues needs to get resolved first. Make sense? So, can anyone recommend persons who do this in the Toronto, ON, Canada area? I talked to Terry Medwedyk once to set up a time but he didn't call back to confirm or show on the day we discussed. He hasn't returned any calls since. Maybe I'm a jerk. Probably he's just busy. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. thanks, dave |
