Looking for a gearslut with an awesome PT drum room in LA?

I'm looking for the killer protools drum room in the LA area. It's for my own project.

I'm south of LA but if your willing to make a short drive to OC
Its not that far I'm at the 5 and the 55

I would love to help you with your drum tracking and I can give you a killer rate

You will love the drum sound from my live room

Tom Weir at Studio City Sound, which shares the building here with Lingo, gets great drum sounds. The rooms not real live or anything but Tom has a very slutty collection of pres & other OB- Neve, API, Shep, Pheonix, Inward Connections, GML, Apogee, Cranesong, Chandler....etc etc.

The Steakhouse in North Hollywood is a great place for drums.
Also Sonora Studios in Glendale/Los Feliz and Stagg Street Studios in Van Nuys.
If you want to get away, Sound Design in Santa Barbara has an outstanding drum room.

I have tracked drums in all of these rooms and they are really great, but what kind of drum sound are you looking for?

I'm starting a record of my own. It's hard rock kinda Zeppelin/Soundgarden/Foo Fighters/Nickelback/Puddle Of Mudd/AIC. I guess a good rock/metal drum room.

Hey James,

You should come by and visit my room some day (since I got to visit yours) I have a funky place in Culver City, that by pure accident has a great drum room. I have actually been able to mix quite a few records with no verb on the drums. I have done a few records with Terry Bozzio in there, as well as records Pat Mastelotto, Lewis Pragasam, and lots of others. I keep the room pretty busy but I have some breaks every once in a while.
