Anybody have any small rooms to lease in LA?
Just wondering if anyone has any space they would lease to me for a small high quality studio that I have in my house right now. I would also be interested in exchanging use of gear also for a space. Can't work here anymore due to domestic distractions.

I can provide a list of gear that I have, and also a link to a profile I have on myspace, which has a bio about who I am and my accomplishments. Not a hobbyist!!
